| The workshop will cover different crystallization methods from the most standard vapor diffusion methods to more advanced techniques. A short introduction to the crystallization process will be followed by a series of hands-on experiments. Participants will be able to crystallize their own PSI and PSII proteins and use the lipid cubic phase to crystallize their own samples. The goal is for all participants to be able to try out the different methods under discussion. | |||
