Load Crystal Spreadsheet
- Select Track Panel, and you will see the screen as:

The user can select in downloading the spread-sheet file (in excel format) or doing the selection manually of the crystal in the puck. |
After downloading (or selecting manually) the spreadsheet, all the pucks and the crystals will be displayed in this window. At this moment the user can select the crystal (from which puck) they would like to use as the start of the screening process. After the selection, the user needs to press Upload. |

The user can add from which organization they came from. |
In this window the software shows where the pucks are installed inside the automounter . |

This final window shows all the informations about the crystals that will be measured (position in the puck, puck name, organization...) | |
How to use
0. Select your organization. (This probably will be chosen by the local contact.)
1. Select File. If uploading an Excel spread sheet: Excel tab must be highlighted. Locate your SpreadSheet with the browser (EXCEL microsoft format; if created on a Mac you may encounter problems) in the 1-Select File window (shown abobe above). Click open file.
2. Select Sheet. You will see your SpreadSheet listed in the window. Select your SpreadSheet.
3.Identify columns. Make sure that you choose in sequence: Project ID, Puck ID, Project ID Crystal ID, Puck ID, position
4.Select Row. Once selected the spread sheet all pucks will be shown in the window. Select crystals you want to measure by highlightening the rows.
5. Press Upload button. Go to the white space on the top of the right window, bellow the title Project. Place your mouse there and press Enter. This procedure will load all the informations of your crystals in the right window.
6. Move to the TaskQueue TAB and place your mouse in the windown bellow the title Project and press Enter and follow the steps bellow to create a Task Queue.

How to use
1. Select the same organisation chosen in the Track Panel.
2. Make sure all your crystals info displaying in a table below (name of the crystal, puck name, position in the puck, status).
3. In the window with the puck names (A, B, C, D), select the name of the pucks.
4. Below the window cited in the item 4, you have 5 options. In order to collect a good image format (for adxv software), make sure the box before Binned is
checked.
5. Define your file path (where you are going to save your data. PAY ATTENTION: this directory must exist. In this Panel you CANNOT create a new directory as in the Collect Panel).
6. Define parameters of your Screening Scans.
7. Select crystals you want to measure from crystal list you uploaded below.
8. In the protocol list, choose the proper protocol for mounting your crystals.
(We advice you to choose the Queuecold, which is predefined by X6A team for the Screening purposes).
9. Press Add Run. All the crystal rows you selected to Add Run will change the Status to New
(Sometimes the Run of the Crystals start automatically after pressing this button. If this does not happen, then press Queue Start. When this Running start, the button Stop will be red. If you want to stop the process, just press Stop, when this button is red.)
